Don Brent Wensauer

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States

Don Brent Wensauer is a distinguished independent real estate professional and the founder and president of Property Management Services, Inc. in Oklahoma. Along with his real estate endeavors, he has practiced law for nearly 45 years, building a career that reflects his commitment to hard work and his passion for the legal and real estate fields. Don’s academic journey began at Northwest Classen High School, where he was involved in various activities, including the debate team and wrestling. He was also recognized as an outstanding athlete in his senior year. Although many of his peers chose to attend Oklahoma State University, Don decided to enroll at Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, Texas. After spending two years at the university, he briefly lived in Dallas before moving to Sebastopol, California. In California, Don’s life took a unique turn when he lived in a commune on an estate that had once been owned by Charles Schulz, the creator of the "Peanuts" comic strip. During his time there, Don worked as a grape picker in Napa Valley, where he developed close bonds with migrant workers and gained valuable insights into the challenges faced by the working class. This experience profoundly impacted his personal and professional life, shaping his perspective on the world. While Don aspired to attend the University of California, Berkeley, financial constraints led him to return to Oklahoma, where he enrolled at Southern Nazarene University. He studied philosophy and religion there and later continued his education at the University of Oklahoma’s College of Law. Throughout law school, Don worked night shifts at freight docks, further honing his work ethic and solidifying his connection to the working class.
