PETER COPSEY TO RETIRE FROM MFG SOLICITORS

Respected Kidderminster solicitor Peter Copsey has retired from law firm mfg Solicitors after a career spanning almost 45 years.

The partner and commercial property expert, age 66, is a popular and well-known figure across Wyre Forest and the Black Country and has handed over to Partner Ben Rothery.

Maynard Burton, Chairman of mfg Solicitors, said: “I have had the pleasure of working closely with Peter for the whole time he has been with the firm. I cannot speak highly enough of him as a solicitor and as a person.

“He really is such a popular person and that’s because of his kindness, hard work and willingness to help anyone. We will miss him but I know he is going to enjoy a really happy and well-deserved retirement, safe in the knowledge he is passing things on to Ben who is a real rising star in the legal industry.”

Rachel Seagrove has been promoted to Head of IT Delivery and Claire Jones to Head of Software Sales. In her new position as Head of IT Delivery, Rachel will be responsible for introducing operational efficiencies into the IT Solutions division and improving transparency and collaboration across the business. Joining Rachel will be Claire Jones, Head of Software Sales. A qualified Chartered Surveyor for over 35 years, Tim has an established reputation for providing high quality service in the field of residential surveying. Tim is one of three Chartered Surveyors covering Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, the Cotswolds and the wider West Midlands.
