M. Driss ISBAYENE
M. Tarik Louajri, que SM le Roi a nommé Ambassadeur en Républiques du Guatemala, Nicaragua, Honduras, Costa Rica et Salvador, est né le 31 décembre 1960 à Tétouan. M. Louajri est diplômé de l’École diplomatique de Madrid en 1996. Entre 1987 et 1989, M. Louajri a été secrétaire à la Direction des Affaires européennes et américaines. De 1989 à 1995, il a été premier secrétaire à l’Ambassade du Maroc à Brasilia et entre 1997 et 2002, ministre-conseiller à l’Ambassade du Maroc au Chili. M. Louajri a aussi été consul-général à Séville (Espagne) de 2003 à 2007 et chargé de mission au sein du Cabinet du secrétaire d’État (MAEC) entre 2007 et 2008. Entre 2008 et 2011, M. Louajri a été chargé d’Etudes, Chef du cabinet du secrétaire général du MAEC. En 2011, il a été nommé Consul général à Madrid.
M. Driss Isbayene, nommé par SM le Roi Mohammed VI, ambassadeur du Maroc en République de Guinée, est né le 28 mai 1963 à Afourer. Lauréat d’un diplôme des études approfondies (DEA) en sciences politiques de l’université Paris I et d’une licence en droit public de l’Université Mohammed V, Agdal-Rabat, M.Asbayine a occupé plusieurs postes notamment conseiller diplomatique au cabinet du ministre des Affaires étrangères et de la Coopération et chargé d’affaires en pied du Maroc en Afrique du Sud avec accréditation également au Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Swaziland et Zimbabwe. Il a été aussi chef adjoint de mission (Ethiopie) et chef adjoint de mission (mission permanente du Maroc auprès des Nations unies et autres organisations internationales à Genève). Mr. Driss Isbayene, appointed by His Majesty the King Mohammed VI, ambassador of Morocco to the Republic of Guinea, was born on 28 May 1963 at Afourer. Mr. Asbayine, who has a postgraduate research degree (DEA) in Political Sciences from Paris I University and a Bachelor degree in Public Law from the Mohammed V University, Agdal-Rabat, has served in several positions notably as diplomatic counsellor in the cabinet of the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation and chargé d’affaires of Morocco in South Africa with accreditation in Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Swaziland and Zimbabwe. He has also been Deputy Head of Mission (Ethiopia) and Deputy Head of Mission (Permanent Mission of Morocco to the United Nations and other international organisations in Geneva)
Mr. Tarik Louajri, whom His Majesty the King appointed as Ambassador to the Republics of Guatemala, Nicaragua, Honduras, Costa Rica and Salvador, was born on 31 December 1960 in Tétouan. Mr. Louajri graduated from the Diplomatic School of Madrid in 1996. From 1987 to 1989, Mr. Louajri was secretary at the Direction des European and American Affairs. From 1989 to 1995, he was First Secretary at Embassy of Morocco in Brasilia and from 1997 to 2002, Minister-Counsellor at the Embassy of Morocco in Chile. Mr. Louajri has also been Consul-General in Sevilla (Spain) from 2003 to 2007 and Head of Special Duties in the Cabinet of the Secretary State for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation from 2007 to 2008. From 2008 to 2011, Mr. Louajri was a Senior Research Fellow, Chief of Staff of the Secretary General of the MFA. In 2011, he was appointed as the Consul General in Madrid.
