Mme Nezha ALAOUI MHAMEDI

M. Abdellah SBIHI

Mme Nezha Alaoui M’Hammdi, que SM le Roi Mohammed VI a nommée ambassadeur de SM le Roi en République fédérale démocratique d’Éthiopie et à Djibouti, est doctorante en Relations internationales à l’Université Mohammed V de Rabat.

M. Abdellah Sbihi, que SM le Roi Mohammed VI a nommé ambassadeur du Royaume au Gabon et en République démocratique de Sao Tomé-et-Principe, est professeur de Droit à l’Universtié Mohammed V-Souissi de Rabat depuis 2009. Lauréat d’une licence de droit de l’université Mohammed V, d’un diplôme d’études supérieures en gestion des entreprises de l’université de Perpignan et d’un MBA de l’école nationale de Ponts et chaussées de Paris, M. Sbihi a occupé plusieurs responsabilités dans le secteur bancaire notamment directeur en charge de dossiers d’investissement-Crédit Agricole du Maroc et directeur adjoint chargé de succursale à la BMCE Bank.



  Mme Alaoui M’Hammdi a entamé sa carrière de diplomate en 1989 lorsqu’elle a rejoint le Cabinet du min istre des Affaires étrangères et de la Coopération, avant d’occuper différents postes à Rome et à Accra au Ghana. Entre 2009 et 2013, elle est chargée de plusieurs fonctions au sein de la Direction des Affaires africaines du MAEC, avant de retourner au Ghana en 2013 en tant qu’ambassadeur de SM le Roi.

          Mr. Abdellah Sbihi, whom His Majesty the King Moham med VI appointed as the Kingdom’s Ambassador to Gabon Madam Nezha Alaoui M’Hammdi, whom His Majesty the King Mohammed VI appointed as Ambassador of His Majesty the King to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and to Djibouti, has a doctorate degree in International Relations at the Mohammed V University in Rabat.

and to the Democratic Republic of Sao Tomé-and-Principe, is a professor of Law at the Mohammed V-Souissi University in Rabat since 2009. Mr. Sbihi, who holds a Bachelors degree in Law from the Mohammed V University, a higher education diploma in the management of enterprises from the University of Perpignan and a MBA from the Ecole Nationale de Ponts et Chaussées in Paris, has held many important positions in the banking sector, notably as director in charge of Investment at Crédit Agricole du Maroc and deputy director in charge of Business at the BMCE Bank.

 Madam Alaoui M’Hammdi began her career as a diplomat in 1989 when she joined the Cabinet of the Minister  for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, before serving in  various capacities in Rome and at Accra in Ghana. From 2009 to 2013, she served in several capacities at the African Affairs Office of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, before returning to Ghana in 2013 as the Ambassador of His Majesty the King.
