M. Larbi MOUKHARIQ Ambassadeur au Brésil et Suriname Ambassador of Morocco to Brazil and Surinam M. Larbi Mourkhariq est lauréat de la Faculté de Droit de Rabat et de l’Ecole Nationale d’Administration. De 1975 à 1980, il occupa les fonctions de vice-consul chargé du bureau des intérêts du Maroc au Consulat Général du Maroc à Alger. Il occupa par la suite les fonctions de Chargé d’Affaires en Centrafrique (1986-1989), puis en Yougoslavie (1986-1989). De 1994 à 2000, il est nommé Ambassadeur en Angola, Namibie et Zambie. Il fut par la suite Ambassadeur au Nigéria et au Libéria. De 2005 à 2010, Larbi Moukhariq fut Ambassadeur en Inde, Népal et aux Maldives. Larbi Moukhariq est Officier du Wissam Al Arch et membre actif du Bureau du Club Diplomatique Marocain.
Mr. Larbi Moukhariq is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Rabat and the Ecole Nationale d’Administration. From 1975 to 1980, he was a ViceConsul in charge of Morocco Interests section at the Consulate General of Morocco in Algiers. Then he held the positions of Chargé d’Affaires in Central Africa (83-86) then in Yugoslavia (1986-1989). From 1994 to 2000, he was appointed Ambassador of Morocco to Angola, Namibia and Zambia. Then he was Ambassador to Nigeria and Liberia. From 2005 to 2010, Larbi Moukhariq was the Ambassador of Morocco to India, Nepal and the Maldives. He is Officer of the Order of the Throne and member of the Diplomatic Club’s board.
M. Abdelouahab BELLOUKI Ambassadeur aux Pays-Bas Ambassador of Morocco to The Netherlands M. Abdelouahab Bellouki est né le 18 novembre 1954 à Al-Hoceima. Licencié en Droit de l’Université de Rabat en 1976, il a poursuivi ses études à Paris, Bruxelles, au Caire, à La Haye et à New-York. Il a été Chef de Cabinet du Ministre des Affaires Etrangères entre 1999 et 2001. Il a occupé le poste d’Ambassadeur de Sa Majesté Le Roi entre 1996 et 1999 en Irak, en Norvège de 2001 à 2003 et en Syrie de 2003 à 2008. Depuis, il a exercé les fonctions de Directeur du Protocole au Ministère des Affaires Etrangères.
Mr. Abdelouahab Bellouki was born on November 18, 1954 in Al-Hoceima. Holder of a bachelor degree in Law from the University of Rabat in 1976, he pursued his studies in Paris, Brussels, Cairo, The Hague and New York. He was Head of Cabinet of the Minister of Foreign Affairs between 1999 and 2001. He served as Ambassador of His Majesty the King to Iraq between 1996 and 1999, to Norway from 2001 to 2003 and to Syria from 2003 to 2008. Since then he has served as Director of Protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
M. Mohammed BELAICH Ambassadeur en Libye Ambassador of Morocco to Libya M. Mohammed Belaich est né en 1950 à Taza. C’est en 1976 qu’il obtient une licence de l’Université de Droit de Rabat. Suite à l’obtention de son Diplôme, M. Belaich travaille au Ministère des Affaires Etrangères. Par la suite, il devient successivement Consul Général à Bastia et à Madrid. Il devient pour la première fois Ambassadeur de Sa Majesté Le Roi en 2001. Il prend ses fonctions au Soudan, et ce, jusqu’en 2005. Après quoi il est nommé Ambassadeur du Maroc au Koweït. Il occupe ce poste de 2005 à 2011.

Mr. Mohammed Belaich was born in 1950 in Taza. In 1976, he got his bachelor degree in Law from the University of Rabat. He then worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Subsequently, he became Consul General in Bastia and then in Madrid. He became for the first time Ambassador of His Majesty the King in 2001. He took up his duties in Sudan until 2005. He was then appointed Ambassador of Morocco to Kuwait. He held this position from 2005 to 2011.
