M. Abdeslam BARAKA Ambassadeur en Arabie Saoudite Ambassador of Morocco to Saudi Arabia Abdeslam Baraka, né le 5 mai 1955 à Tétouan, est un avocat et homme politique marocain. Avocat au barreau de Tétouan puis au barreau de Rabat, il est élu, lors des législatives de 1983, député de la ville de Tétouan. Le 22 avril 1987, il est nommé Ministre chargé des Relations avec le Parlement, poste qu’il occupe jusqu’en août 1992. Lors des législatives de 1993, il est réélu député. Le 31 janvier 1995, Abdeslam Baraka est à nouveau nommé Ministre chargé des Relations avec le Parlement, avec également la charge de l’UMA et ce jusqu’en août 1997 (Gouvernement Filali II). Il a également été Ambassadeur du Maroc en Argentine et Uruguay (1998- 2000) puis en Espagne (2000-2004).
Mr. Abdeslam Baraka, born on May 5, 1955 in Tetuan, is a Moroccan lawyer and politician. Lawyer at the Tetouan bar then at the Rabat bar, he was elected deputy of the city of Tetouan, in the parliamentary elections of 1983. On April 22, 1987, he was appointed Minister in charge of Relations with the Parliament, a position he held until August 1992. During the parliamentary elections of 1993, he was re-elected deputy. On January 31, 1995, Mr. Baraka was again appointed Minister in charge of Relations with the Parliament, and also in charge of AMU until August 1997 (Government of Filali II). He was also Ambassador of Morocco to Argentina and Uruguay (1998 - 2000) and to Spain (2000-2004).
Mme Latifa AKHARBACH Ambassadeur en Bulgarie Ambassador of Morocco to Bulgaria Mme Latifa Akharbach a été Secrétaire d’Etat aux Affaires Etrangères et à la Coopération de 2007 à 2012. Elle avait auparavant occupé plusieurs postes de responsabilité dont la direction générale de la Radio publique Marocaine et la direction de l’Institut Supérieur de l’information et de la communication. Mme Akharbach a elle-même formé les journalistes pendant vingt ans et exercé en tant que consultante auprès de plusieurs organismes nationaux et internationaux, en matière de formation des journalistes, de leadership féminin, de coaching dans les organismes publics et privés: collectivités locales, élus municipaux, administrations centrales, associations civiles, etc.
Mrs. Latifa Akharbach was Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation from 2007 to 2012. She has previously held several senior positions including the general management of the Moroccan Public Radio and the management of the Higher Institute of Information and Communication. Mrs. Akharbach herself has trained journalists for twenty years and worked as a consultant for several national and international organizations in fields relating to journalists training, female leadership, coaching in public and private organizations: local authorities, municipal elected representatives, central governments, civil associations, etc.
M. Mohamed FARAJ DOUKKALI Ambassadeur en Tunisie Ambassador of Morocco to Tunisia M. Mohammed Frej Doukkali est né en 1937 à Tanger. Ancien Cadre du Ministère des Affaires Etrangères, il travailla également au sein du Ministère de l’Habitat. Il devient Ambassadeur de Sa Majesté Le Roi à Oman de 1985 à 1992. Il occupe le poste d’Ambassadeur au Liban de 1993 à 1997 puis en Syrie entre 1999 et 2003. Le 12 décembre 2003, il prend la tête de l’Ambassade d’Egypte jusqu’au 10 février dernier. M. Mohammed Frej Doukkali est marié et père de deux enfants.
Mr. Mohammed Frej Doukkali was born in 1937 in Tangier. Former senior executive in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he also worked in the Ministry of Housing. He became Ambassador of His Majesty the King to Oman from 1985 to 1992. He served as Ambassador to Lebanon from 1993 to 1997 then to Syria between 1999 and 2003. On December 12, 2003, he became head of the Egyptian Embassy until February 10, 2013. Mr. Mohammed Frej Doukkali is married and a father of two children.
