Born from the vision of renowned restaurateur Sam Fox, the project was brought to fruition by development group Common Bond. Francis Krahe reflected, “The interesting thing about this hotel is that it’s in an area of Phoenix that’s being rediscovered. We wanted to be sensitive to the natural setting and the restrictions on lighting up the night sky, ensuring that while we illuminated the building’s key features, we also preserved the view of the stars.”
