JUST BECAUSE WE’RE TRYING TO NOT WEAR YOGA PANTS EVERY DAY DOESN’T MEAN WE CAN’T WEAR CUTE LEGGINGS.

I’m betting the luxurious feel of these thickly woven tuxedo stripe pants (with vegan leather) will make you forget you ever wanted to wear anything else. They’re cozy for those soon-to-be chilly days and are perfect to pair with a slouchy sweater and those over the knee boots you keep eyeing. I’m a fan of beautiful fabrics but am not a fan of dry cleaning. By placing this delicate top beneath the sweater, we keep it away from the inevitable spit up and sticky fingers while still draping ourselves in something feminine.

LET’S BE HONEST, MOMS…

we love the idea of dressing comfy. We’re exhausted, have a million things to do and we want easy and convenient. I have six kids…believe me. I get it. But do you sometimes look in the mirror and cringe with the realization that you’re wearing yoga pants again and you don’t even do yoga? (I’m slowly raising my hand here) After holding on to maternity clothes post-pregnancy because they fit better than regular clothes (why doesn’t anyone tell you that you don’t lose that tummy pooch right away?!), I yearned for something that had some femininity and shape. Something that felt like there was more to me than simply being a mom. That being said, it’s really important to fully embrace motherhood. To be the kind of mom that goes down the slide at the park and who gets down on the floor to play dolls or Legos. This is just a little pinprick of the ideas I’d love to share, but let me show you some alternatives so we can save our yoga pants for the gym, and give an outward expression of the cute, fun mom I know we all are.
