David Kircus is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of TEAM Strategies, where he draws from his experience as a former NFL wide receiver to guide his leadership and decision-making. Beyond his executive duties, he is deeply committed to helping the next generation of athletes. Each summer, he volunteers at recruiting camps, where he works with incoming athletes, guiding drills and techniques to ensure they are well-prepared for future sports challenges. David’s unique blend of athletic experience and business acumen allows him to thrive as a sales and marketing director. He has a keen eye for analyzing performance data and metrics, using these insights to implement strategies that improve efficiency and drive business results. His ability to combine the principles of sports with business strategies helps foster growth for individuals and organizations. In his executive capacity at TEAM Strategies, Kircus plays a critical role in fulfilling the company’s mission. David’s athletics career began at Grand Valley State University, where he became an outstanding football player. His strong performance led to his selection in the 2003 NFL Draft, where he joined the Detroit Lions. After his time with the Lions, he played for the Denver Broncos, demonstrating his versatility. His career continued in the United Football League with the Las Vegas Locomotives, where he played a pivotal role in helping the team win a championship. Raised in Imlay City, Michigan, Kircus excelled in several sports, including basketball, football, and track. He was named All-State in basketball and still holds school and county records in track.
