Cyndi Bernstiel

Cyndi Bernstiel is a Blue Bell, Pennsylvania-based litigation professional with over 25 years of experience. A graduate of the University of Delaware and Villanova University Law School, she's licensed to practice law in four states. She is a partner at McClellan Bernstiel, LLP, and she specializes in complex legal issues and fraudulent insurance claim cases. Her experience includes serving as a prosecutor, representing insurance companies and investigating possible arson cases. Outside of work, she's a community advocate and founder of the Superheroes 5k charity event, raising money for families with pediatric cancer. Cyndi also has served on the Montgomery County Child Advocacy Project board and enjoys reading and running in her free time.
