Order Up was started when my wife and I were walking on the downtown mall on our first lunch date as a married couple and had two italian sausages at a hotdog cart. i thought it would be a good business to get into and she gave me the seed money for my idea...because she believed in me. 5 years later we own a hotdog cart, a food cart , a 26’ mobile commercial kitchen, delivery car , and have helped a friend start a business under our namesake. I am also the creator of the Cville Dog which I created after August 2017 as an attempt to join together a hurting community.
