Diane Martinez has been with Crossroads for nearly 8 years. She is the heart of our dietary department. Always there with a big smile and quick wit, she is a delight to be around each and every day. Whether it is whipping up homemade bread and biscuits, her famous meatloaf, or feeding the masses “to die for” breakfast, she is guaranteed to satisfy even the pickiest of palettes.
