The places we create then become the catalyst for a healthier and happier lifestyle, not only for our residents and tenants, but for the greater community.
FITWEL Fitwel is a building certification system that supports healthier living and working environments to improve occupant wellness and productivity. The Fitwel Certification System offers 50+ evidence-based design and operational strategies to optimize the health-promoting impact of the built environment. The following Crescent communities achieved Fitwel Certification in 2022, while several additional communities are pursuing the designation: MULTIFAMILY:
