Craig Bonn

From his earliest days in finance to his current leadership roles, Craig Bonn has dedicated more than three decades to investment strategy and client-focused solutions. His expertise lies in alternative investments, private equity, and pre-IPO opportunities, where he has consistently worked to create value for investors. As Managing Partner of Harley Capital LLC, an independent broker-dealer, and Managing Member of Edge Partners LLC, specializing in Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), he has spent his career identifying promising companies and helping clients access opportunities that might otherwise be out of reach. His work has included early participation in firms such as Facebook, Databricks, and Anthropic, demonstrating his approach's forward-looking nature. Craig’s career began after completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Hartford. Born in New York, he chose finance as a profession early on and joined Lehman Brothers shortly after graduation. Working at Lehman exposed him to the intensity of the global financial system and gave him hands-on experience with institutional clients and sophisticated investment strategies. The lessons he learned there—risk evaluation, portfolio design, and client engagement—formed the base of his future path. During this period, he also began to question the limitations of conventional financial products. He saw that many investors, particularly those seeking differentiated returns, required approaches beyond the standard market framework. That understanding eventually led him to found Harley Capital LLC. His goal was to build a firm that was independent, transparent, and focused on long-term relationships. Under Craig’s leadership, Harley Capital became a boutique investment firm serving high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and trusts.
