RLP project development will start with the establishment of a Project Logic as part of the MERI planning process (see Strategy section 8.5). Project Logics will link to the RLP Program Logic (Figure 16) by demonstrating the rationale of the selection of appropriate management actions (that constitute

project planning and delivery), that will be expected to contribute to the RLP 5-year outcomes as described in Table 10. They will describe the expected consequences of management actions, in the immediate to long-term, underpinned by associated assumptions.
