Partnership Degree Programs Bachelor of Science in Nursing COTR, in partnership with the University of Victoria (UVic) and three other colleges in BC, offers the first five semesters and two consolidated practices/experiences of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program with direct block transfer to UVic. Bachelor of Education Degree The University of Victoria (UVic) has a four-year teacher education program offered at COTR. The one-year Pre-education Certificate can be used as the first year toward this degree. Prerequisites must be met.
