Partnership Degree Programs Bachelor of Science in Nursing COTR, in partnership with the University of Victoria (UVic) and three other colleges in BC, offers the first five semesters and two consolidated practices/experiences of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program with direct block transfer to UVic.
