Coca Cola Amatil Works – New incoming water supply and stainless-steel trade waste drainage.
Project Plumbing & Maintenance (PPM) are excited to be undertaking their first construction project with builder McCormack Property Services - Coca Cola Amatil are the client. Once completed production will produce spring water for their Neverfail Spring Water customers in 15L & 11L returnable bottles. The project is being undertaken in an existing factory complex therefore PPM are constantly working closely with the builder and client to provide design and installation solutions to ensure program dates are achieved throughout the duration of works.Scope of works consists of;
PPM have recently invested in the latest CCTV and jetting equipment. The jetter has the capacity of 5000psi which will simply cut through a majority of obstruction in stormwater and sewer drains. The system has been customised and installed on a galvanised trailer with water storage to facilitate more remote locations. The CCTV camera will navigate through 50mm pipe and fittings and has already identified broken basin wastes in a major CBD Melbourne tower.

Trade waste plant & equipment PPM are also undertaking fit out projects with McCormack in the newly finished Queen & Collins tower. BSA are keeping the PPM maintenance team busy with multiple projects across the country from Port Hedland in WA to Dingley in VIC to FNQ. PPM have been especially busy across the North - West coast of Australia due to their recent amount of heavy rain and strong winds uplifting roofs and causing extensive flooding. A big thankyou to Rogan Coyles for helping to coordinate our contractors ensuring they get to site quickly to initially make safe also planning permanent rectification solutions ensuring minimal disruption to the operations of the facility.

PPM are becoming known as the turn key solution for facility managers providing maintenance solutions for all areas not just related to plumbing. PPM have relocated their operations to 25 Mc Gregor’s Drive in Keilor Park – just around the corner from their previous location however our contact details have remained the same. Rodney Smith General Manager Monash University Clean Room Project above - poly propylene pipes and fittings which are required to repel acid attack from the chemicals that will be used once the laboratory is in operation. The clean room is a controlled environment that typically excludes contaminants such as microbes, particles and vapours.
