Gardening is a great workout, but it may cause some stress on muscles and joints. The ARMCHAIR SQUAT and TWIST can help you get up and down with ease to tackle yard projects big and small.
Start with the ARMCHAIR SQUAT (figure A):
• Set your feet a little wider than your hips. Lower between your feet into a squat. Keep your feet flat on the ground, ensuring that your knees don’t go past your toes. Place your forearms on your legs for extra stability
Add TWIST:
• Place one hand on the ground. Turn your body and then your knee will follow to the ground naturally (figure B).
• Return into the armchair squat position (figure A) and easily raise yourself to a stand (figure C).
Practice every day, adding another repetition each time, then look forward to planting and reaping!

SHEET PAN HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN AND POTATOES
INGREDIENTS:
1½ lbs fingerling potatoes, halved lengthwise
1½ Tbsp olive oil
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
4½ Tbsp coarse ground Dijon mustard, divided
2 Tbsp honey, divided
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp chopped fresh thyme leaves
DIRECTIONS:
6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
1. Preheat oven to 425˚. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray.
2. Place potatoes in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Add olive oil; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Gently toss to combine, and place potatoes cut side down.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together 3 Tbsp Dijon, ½ Tbsp (1½ tsp ) honey, garlic, thyme, 1 tsp salt and ½ tsp pepper.
4. Using paper towels, pat chicken dry. Place chicken in a single layer around the potatoes on the prepared baking sheet. Spread Dijon mixture evenly over the chicken; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
5. Bake until the chicken is almost cooked through and the potatoes are tender, about 40-45 minutes.
6. In a small bowl, whisk remaining 1½ Tbsp Dijon and 1½ Tbsp honey. Brush tops of chicken with Dijon mixture. Bake for an additional 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
7. Serve immediately.
