BASF’s DC5335 Glamour Clear is a high solids, two-component, high build, acrylic urethane baking clearcoat. It is used to topcoat Diamont or ONYX HD Basecoat colours. According to the manufacturers, the clearcoat produces a very glossy, durable and chemically resistant automotive finish. It can also be used on flexible parts when combined with the DF21 Flex Agent.

According to BASF Coatings, its Glasurit 923-210 HS UV Clear has a special light stabilizer that makes the coating extremely lightfast. The 923-109 was developed to meet the demanding specifications of leading auto makers. Glasurit 923-109 HS UV Clear has excellent application properties and gives refinishes a brilliant appearance, says BASF. To adjust the product to the conditions of a particular bodyshop, a range of hardeners and reducers is also available from the company.
