If good citizenship begins at home, then it makes sense that so many are considering ways to enable their homes to use energy more efficiently, cutting costs and protecting natural resources. Homeowners for years have turned locally to Johnston Design Group, founded by Scott Johnston, to help construct efficient homes from scratch or to update existing homes so they operate more efficiently.
