Water Fitness Hour ♥ A time to try a variety of aquatic activities: water exercise, lap swim, and leisure swimming. Work out with an instructor, or try your own thing. Water Walking ♥ For a first time water fitness attendee, this class provides the basics you need and still gives you a great workout. Walk or run in chest-deep water using traveling moves. Advanced Strength Training for People with MS ♥ This continuing class will focus on exercise techniques and strength training for individuals with multiple sclerosis.
