COQUITLAM CRUNCH DIVERSITY CHALLENGE This much-loved annual event, scheduled for Sept. 8 this year, offers different categories for varying fitness levels. The recreational group is geared toward all ages and involves completing the route at least once. Other options include the ‘Stair Master,’ which involves racing up the stairs, or the ‘Make It or Break It’ challenge to see how many times you can complete the Crunch trail within four hours (current record is eight times). coquitlamcrunch.com
