ON THE TRAIL TO FITNESS
• April 29th - May 28th • Old Mill Park • 11+ • Tuesdays 5:30 - 6:30PM • Saturdays 7 - 8AM • $7 drop in, $30 for 6 sessions, and $50 for full 12 sessions • Pre- registration required for all sessions
Get ready for the summer! A group fitness instructor will lead you through a warm-up, 2-3 mile walk with strength exercises along the way and a cool down stretch at the end. This is a great way to exercise and socialize! Class will meet twice a week, Tuesday and Saturday. Unable to make it to all sessions? Try our drop in rate for the classes you can make.
YOGA IN THE PARK
• Third Saturdays at 7:30AM • April - September • All sessions besides the first will be held at Rotary Park • First session held at the Get Outdoors event • FREE Your weekend relaxation starts here with Yoga in the Park! Our Fieldhouse instructor Kelly will lead you through a series of poses designed to improve balance, flexibility, and breathing. Yoga practice begins at 7:30am. Please bring a towel or yoga mat, and wear comfortable clothing. Class will meet the 3rd Saturday of each month, May – September. The first session will meet at Grounds Park as part of the Get Outdoors event, April 23rd at 11AM and 1PM. All other sessions will meet at Rotary Park.
