The Blue Springs Chamber of Commerce presents the Blue Springs Fall Fun Festival sponsored by Saint Luke's East Hospital, taking place in downtown Blue Springs on September 17-19, 2021.
The Fall Fun Festival annually draws more than 130,000 attendees and contributes over $500k in economic impact in Blue Springs. The three-day event will include more than 250 vendor booths, food trucks, parade, beer garden, live music & entertainment, car show and more.
This is the 52nd year of the Blue Springs Fall Fun Festival and follows the 2020 Fall Un-Festival that was significantly re-structured to abide by health restrictions last fall.
This year, Tribute band Disco Dick & The Mirrorballs will perform on Friday, September 17. Tribute band The Rock Gods will perform on Saturday, September 18. And Country music artist Ryan Daniel will perform on Friday, September 17 & Saturday, September 18.
There will be more than 250 vendors including annual favorites as well as exciting new vendors and the largest parade in Eastern Jackson County, which attracts approximately 20,000 people each year.
Throughout the Fall Fun Festival weekend all Jackson County recommendations & guidelines will be followed to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
“We are so excited to bring back the Blue Springs Fall Fun Festival in 2021!” said Bill Fickle, owner of Side Pockets in Blue Springs and Fall Fun Festival Committee Chairman. “As we all know, the past year was, and continues to be, trying in so many ways. What we have learned is how to pivot and move forward. For example, due to the sudden passing of the owner of our longtime carnival, we are unable to have them this year. Instead, we are excited to offer a Fun Zone area full of inflatables for all ages and games galore! And that is the spirit of this festival that has been in Blue Springs for over 50 years. Tradition and celebrating community are what the festival is all about. We are #BLUESPRINGSSTRONG!”
