What is IJBC ?

The International Junior Branch Conference is the annual conference designed and delivered by the International Junior Branch (IJB). With around 100 participants and more than 30 countries represented, IJBC aims at providing methods and tools for Junior Branches to apply at the local and national level while also creating space to dive into the strategic future of Junior Branch. Planned around the Junior Branch goals and statement of purpose, IJBC relies on the involvement and participation of highly involved volunteers to provide leadership opportunities and relevant content that can later be applied in their own national context.
