TWO-PART ACTIVITY: Get-to-know-you activities that will transition into an interactive presentation of all things Junior Branch— mission, vision, goals, regions, etc.

A skit-based session on developing communication skills in two main domains, inner thoughts and interpersonal words SESSION 4: DEI master

A skills building workshop on diversity, equity, and inclusion to better equip the JBs on these values that should be championed in the organization

A two-part activity aims to reimagine Junior Branch and help us build it better!

An open space on advocacy and purpose to allow JBers to better understand ourselves and our situatedness in our communities!

A panel and interactive activity on participating and creating social impact within and with the JB!

Regions/neigborhoods come together to plan and strategize for the coming term. Afterwhich, each region will share some of the ideas they came up with for quick presentation and feedbacking.

A platform where JBers can host a focused discussion on any topic they are passionate about. The process is simple – each open space will last for around 30 minutes and the groups are rotated so participants can fully enjoy as many open discussions as they’re interested in.

A session on leadership development in the IJB. Understanding capabilities and limitations, while being able to best maximize these!
