Images formed from dreams to realities create the elements of surprise and mystery that characterize my ceramic sculptures. Figurative hybrids combined with mixed media materials are also emphasized if they fit the narrative. Every piece has a story to tell, a historical reference, or a response to a personal experience, either social or political.”
