Kayla Shoctor I have been a member of Hadassah (now CHW) for some 60 years and always supported various causes, thinking one day I would make a substantial donation to my favorite cause; and behold, I have reached that wonderful time. What really was the instigator was my last trip to Israel—my sister, her husband, and children made Aliyah some 40 years ago and I have visited Israel many times, and since they moved there—each time seeing projects supported by CHW. It was during my last visit that I saw a Youth Village and I was really impressed and felt a strong need to support it. Which goes to prove that “One look is worth more than a thousand speeches.”
