After completing his studies in 1994, he began his professional journey in business leadership and management. From June 1994 through October 2008, Christopher served as a regional director, gaining extensive experience overseeing teams, managing operations, and supporting organizational growth. During this period, he developed strong skills in leadership development, strategic planning, and client relationship management. He focused on improving team performance, building accountability, and helping organizations achieve measurable objectives. In 2008, Polvado transitioned into consulting and independent business analysis. Between March 2009 and November 2021, he worked as a self-employed Business Analyst and Consultant. During those years, he assisted companies with process improvement, budgeting, forecasting, and leadership development. His work centered on helping businesses strengthen operational systems and create a foundation for sustainable growth. Since joining Cogent Analytics in December 2021 as a Senior Executive Business Analyst, Christopher Polvado has worked with business owners from a variety of industries. His responsibilities include evaluating operations, reviewing financial performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
