Use of stolen cards investigated THE use of credit cards stolen from Parkdale late last year is being investigated by police. At around midnight on 21 December, a handbag was stolen from a car on Herbert Street. Credit cards were stolen from the handbag and later used by three people at stores in Camberwell, Abbotsford, Richmond, Fitzroy, and Melbourne East. Detectives have released images of three people, two men and a woman,

who they wish to speak to about the crime. A statement from police read “the first man is approximately 180cm tall, slim build and believed to be aged in his mid-30s. The second man is approximately 180cm tall, muscular build and believed to be aged in his mid-30s. The woman is approximately 178 -180 cm tall, slim build and believed to be aged late 20s to early 30s.” Anyone who recognises the three people is asked to contact Crime Stop-
