POLICE are seeking public help to find a Cheltenham man known to frequent the Cheltenham, Bonbeach, Seaford and Frankston areas. Kayne Ritchie, 28, failed to appear in court in relation to theft and criminal damage offences and a warrant has been issued for his arrest. Ritchie, below, is described as 185cm tall with a solid build.
