BEHIND THE SCENES AT THE MUSEUM A-level artists and biologists who take inspiration from the Waterton collection. A recent student-led exhibition, Womanuscripts, explored women’s roles in history through letters, recipes and theological manuscripts. Curator Dr Jan Graffius and Museum Education Officer Esther Rollinson preside over its 100,000 books, manuscripts and artefacts spanning centuries and continents, ensuring that even the youngest pupils enjoy hands-on opportunities to explore history, art, literature and science through objects that bring learning to life and deepen understanding.
