Sleek Ranch Redesign These Mt. Pleasant homeowners enlisted the help of home professionals to morph their 1990’s ranch into a polished, new space.
A
fter using Omega Cabinetry in their Hilton Head Island home, these homeowners knew they needed to find someone in Charleston who would use the same cabinet line. That’s where Fran Ploetz of Southeast Kitchens stepped in. “The homeowner had done her research to find a dealer who carried Omega Cabinetry in the Charleston area,” says Fran. “That was Southeast Kitchens, so she gave me a call and said she had a whole home renovation and we set up an appointment.”

through the showroom and take a look at what was available to them. “I set a plan to make sure I showed them everything that might fit into their space,” explains Fran. “From there, I put the designs together, they reviewed them, and were happy with the layout so we moved forward with the project.” Once everyone received the goahead from the homeowners, Fran and his team began the extensive re-haul on the kitchen. “We started with an empty room and kept lines of communication with the homeowners completely open,” expounds Fran. “The must-have features and
