1 The home features custom made Lowcountry Original lighting fixtures, like the stunning double tier chandelier, which extends from the top of the cupola to the first story great room. The beauty of the chandelier has some competition for attention, though, with the extravagant vaulted ceilings covered in millwork and trim.

Cy and Farrah wanted the study to be bright and fresh, yet still contain the beauty of hardwood paneling. To achieve the look, they chose to use distressed white oak on the walls and ceilings yet chose to keep its natural, unstained color. The flooring is also distressed, wide plank, white oak, with a contrasting dark stain.
Cy calls the styling of his home “coastal cottage chic”, which takes a coastal casual feel and blends it with luxurious flare. Over 90 windows were used in the home to ensure every room had spectacular views of Beresford Creek on one side of the house or the golf course on the other.
