DETAILS | 1. Contact the Customer Care Centre to temporarily have your SIM card deactivated and ďŹ nd out how to replace it with a new SIM card. 2. Ask the Customer Care agent to fax/email you a blacklisting form which you have to complete and fax back to the Call Centre (+27 84 14 329). 3. A blacklisting number will be generated once the phone has been blacklisted which is needed when reporting the stolen phone to your nearest police station. A case number will then be issued.
