San Simón Panaderia

Restaurant Review

Have you been looking for a place where you can get food for the whole family, where everyone has something to choose from? San Simón Panaderia is the place to go to! It is a family owned local bakery and pizzeria in Rancho San Simon, located near Valle de Bravo. On Mondays, the restaurant is closed but the bakery/coffee shop is open for everyone. For the rest of the week the restaurant also opens with a few different menus and a variety of pizzas to choose from.

The menus change depending on the time of day. The breakfast menu is available from 8:30 a.m. -12:00 p.m. It includes many tasty and nicely prepared breakfast meals and freshly made beverages to go with your meal. After 12:00 p.m., the restaurant begins to provide the lunch/dinner menu that also comes with dessert, pizza, alcohol, and specials menus.

All the dishes are presented in a pleasant way that matches the decor of the restaurant and bakery. The place feels very open and natural, but also comfortable and developed. The tables are made of wood, the fire is usually on at night, the seats are incredibly comfortable and the lighting is warm and welcoming.

The service is great and the staff is well trained. The waiters are kind and patient and the food is usually very quick and tasty. They are quick to attend and are always attentive when you need assistance. When the restaurant is more packed, the food takes longer and sometimes they are out of certain dishes or drinks, but in that case, the staff provides recommendations of similar orders. The prices are reasonable especially when compared to other restaurants with more expensive prices and worse service. The atmosphere is extremely family friendly and inclusive. On weekends, they offer activities for kids to be entertained and in general it just has a really good vibe, which makes it fun to spend some time

here. Personally, I recommend this place because it's comfortable, the food is good quality, there is great service and because if you're in the area it's probably the closest thing to you! My favorite things to order are a chai tea, a wild fruit bowl and a nutella pizza. Honestly, it's a great place and I really enjoy going. The bakery is open on Mondays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and the restaurant is open from Tuesdays-Sundays from 8:30 a.m. to about 10:30 p.m.
