Daily we are building our organization’s culture. Recently I heard Christie Drexler say, “If you can’t be a good follower then you can’t be a great servant leader.” That is an excellent reminder to those of us who are leading people that our daily example is being watched. A great servant leader knows how and when to follow and knows when to lead and when to serve. A leader completes an internal evaluation of their behaviors to ensure consistency with their words and decisions.
