EXCHANGE MEMBERSHIP
Membership
Membership in Trading Places is provided to all Capital Vacations Club owners. Owners are automatically enrolled during the contract period and membership renews annually for no additional fee. Members’ Club loyalty level is matched in Trading Places.
Membership is terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions and rules of Trading Places.
Participation in Exchange
Members must be current on all Club financial obligations including loans, fees and dues to participate in the Trading Places. Named members on the contract may participate in the Trading Places. This does not include Club “authorized users”.
Accessing the Exchange
Once you become a member in the Club, you will have access to Trading Places. Simply log in to tradingplaces.destinality.com using your Club credentials and click on the Trading Places link to get started. We also have a dedicated owner services team to assist in deposits and exchanges. Just call 844-777-2582 Monday to Friday 9AM—7PM EST and Saturday 10AM—5PM EST to speak with an exchange expert.
Member Communications
All communications will be sent to the primary email address associated with the membership.
Member Support
Trading Places service agents are available to assist with all member inquiries including booking exchange travel and depositing Club points. Member Services is available Monday to Friday 9AM—7PM EST and Saturday 10AM—5PM EST.
