CALD

The Council of Asian Liberals and Democrats (CALD) is the first and sole umbrella organization of liberal and democratic political parties in Asia. CALD provides a forum for sustained discussions on developments occurring in the region as a whole. It creates a gathering of stakeholders to assess liberals solutions to political, economic, social, and cultural challenges.
