Hello,I’m hoping you can help.

I am a Nurse Practitioner and I use Blue Stream Academy at my current surgery. I will be moving jobs to another local surgery in a few weeks’ time, and they also happen to use Blue Stream Academy. Will I be able to transfer my account and training records to my new surgery, or will I need to complete all of my modules again?

Thanks for getting in touch.

You’ll be pleased to hear that you can absolutely transfer your training across to your new employer.

When you start at your new surgery, they’ll just need to create a training account for you on their Blue Stream Academy eLearning suite.

Once you have your new username, simply get in touch with us to let us know the usernames and addresses of your old and new surgeries. We can then transfer your training records across so they appear on your new account.

Your new employer may require you to complete some training as part of your induction, but this should avoid you having to repeat the modules you’ve already done.
