Bruce Rabik is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Acera Insurance and former COO of Rogers Insurance. With Rogers Insurance, one of Canada's foremost independent insurance brokerages, Rabik's leadership was instrumental in transforming the company's operational structure.
