Welcome Pastor Buchanan Allen Chapel AME Church would like to formally welcome its new pastor, Reverend Noella Austin Buchanan and her husband, Reverend Dr. Morris Buchanan, spiritual advisor of Allen Chapel, Back to the Inland Empire. The couple recently returned to the area from pastoring one of the leading churches in St. Louis, St. James AME Church.
