Welcome Pastor Buchanan Allen Chapel AME Church would like to formally welcome its new pastor, Reverend Noella Austin Buchanan and her husband, Reverend Dr. Morris Buchanan, spiritual advisor of Allen Chapel, Back to the Inland Empire.
