PRE-MEET-UP

• PRAY for someone to disciple: o That they will want to grow o That they would be faithful to do what is asked of them o That they will be willing to share openly and honestly o That they will sense God at work in their lives o That idols, sins and fears would be revealed o That the love and grace of God would overwhelm them o That they would look more like Jesus • INVITE someone into discipleship • SEND them the Stages Growth Assessment o Link: www.brookwoodbaptist.com/discipleship § Scroll down to the self-assessment button. o The assessment will ask for their contact information (name & email), along with your information (name/email) as their mentor/discipler. o Once they finish the assessment, you will receive their results along with a few suggestions of how to help them. • READ the follow-up email carefully

Discipleship without a genuine care for one another is insincere. Grow a friendship with the person you are working with. Don’t just treat them like a project. Disciple making is never easy but it’s always worth it. Don’t quit, even when it’s difficult. This kind of work changes eternity.
