Recycle your electrical and battery waste

Residents across Breckland can now use a FREE weekly battery and small electrical kerbside collection service.

Small electrical items and battery collections have been gradually introduced across Breckland since January 2023. Now all residents can access this service, ensuring everyone now has a convenient way to dispose of complex waste items which can now be recycled safely and legally. We would like to remind residents to be data secure and ask that if you are putting out laptops, mobile phones or devices that could contain sensitive data you need to carry out a 'factory reset' to wipe your data first.
