Important Safe Use Warning
Your dog’s well-being is our top priority, so it’s critical that you review and do all the following, so you don’t harm your dog or anyone else. Please read the guide completely before using the device.
BravoWalk uses Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) directly to your dog’s neck. TENS is safe and effective when used as directed. For your dog’s sake, it is crucial that you understand that improper use of BravoWalk can startle, scare, or even traumatize your dog.
It is your sole responsibility to follow all instructions and ensure your BravoWalk is properly calibrated and used as directed at all times.
BEFORE FIRST USE, be sure that the TENS setting on your BravoWalk is at its lowest setting per the User Manual and slowly increase the TENS setting as needed to adjust to the ideal setting for your dog.
ALWAYS be sure that the TENS setting on your BravoWalk is set to the appropriate level for your dog BEFORE every use of your BravoWalk.
NEVER SET THE TENS SETTING LEVEL ON YOUR BRAVOWALK ABOVE WHAT YOU HAVE DETERMINED TO BE THE APPROPRIATE LEVEL FOR YOUR DOG OR HARM MAY OCCUR.

BravoWalk does not assume any liability for improper use of the BravoWalk. As the purchaser, you assume all risks and liabilities from the misuse of the BravoWalk.

BravoWalk is IP67 rated meaning that it can withstand 1 meter submersion in water for up to 30 minutes.
There are 5 modes of operation, indicated by a light on the collar.
Mode Lights
Vibration & beep only
Vibration, beep, lowest TENS stimulation
Vibration, beep, medium TENS stimulation
Vibration, beep, highest TENS stimulation

Positioning
Adjust the size of the collar to fit your dog’s neck. Two fingers should fit side by side between the collar and your dog’s neck.
To work correctly, the BravoWalk device needs to be opposite (180 degrees) from the D-ring attachment on the collar.
Battery
To charge battery, plug the provided charger cord into any USB adapter and connect to BravoWalk magnetic contacts. The light will change from red to green when fully charged.
You can tell if your BravoWalk battery has sufficient charge by squeezing the device together. Regardless of what mode you are in, you will see a green light or a red light (reference Battery Lights).
Safety & Reset Mode
If the indicator light is blinking yellow, your BravoWalk is in safety mode and requires a manual reset. This happens when your dog pulls on the collar consistently for longer than 20 seconds to protect your dog.
Simply hold button down and release when you see the blue light. Press and release button again to return to previous mode of operation (reference mode levels below).
Mode Levels
Begin on green or blue, advance to yellow or red if needed. White mode is vibrate only. Select the operating mode by holding down the black button, releasing when light indicates the desired mode. We ship in Green mode

Warranty

You can also call or text 866-BRAVO33. BravoWalk has a one-year warranty and replacement guarrantee. We will replace your BravoWalk with evidence of malfunction.
Guarantee
If for any reason you are not happy with BravoWalk, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds will be processed within one week upon return arrival. Please see details on our website.
Warnings
Please ensure the collar fits correctly to avoid malfunction.
Remove the collar after use, as it is designed for walking only.
Do not use BravoWalk as a stationary lead attachment.
BravoWalk is most effective on dogs that have some training to follow basic commands.
BravoWalk is not recommended for small dogs under 10 lbs. It is also not recommended for dogs with erratic or aggressive tendencies. In these cases, please consult a professional trainer.
Please consult your vet before use if your dog has health problems.
