Brady Beitlich
Brady D. Beitlich is a healthcare professional with over a decade of experience managing physician practices and developing hospital service lines. He currently serves as the Director of Marketing at Southeastern Spine in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where he focuses on building and expanding physician and patient referral networks. Holding a Master of Health Administration (MHA) from the University of Florida, he has completed multiple Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt projects. He has led diverse teams to improve quality and operational efficiency in healthcare settings. Brady Beitlich was born in Sarasota, Florida, on April 26, 1988, and spent much of his youth fishing in Siesta Key and Sarasota Bay waters. His interest in fishing grew beyond saltwater to freshwater bass fishing, and he later went fly fishing during a trip to the Sierra Nevada in search of trout. His education began at Pine View School for the Gifted, where he served as Class President in 2004 and graduated in 2006. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Behavior from the University of Florida in 2010. During his time there, he held leadership roles in his fraternity, served as Vice Chairman of Student Government Productions, and Vice President of Membership for Florida Blue Key. He later pursued his MHA at the University of Florida’s College of Public Health and Health Professions, serving as Treasurer for the Health Administration Student Association and graduating in 2012. His professional career started with an administrative fellowship at St. Mary’s Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida, where he oversaw patient experience, customer service, and communication for the level I trauma center and completed executive-level projects. In 2013, he returned to Sarasota, earned Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and led HCA Sarasota Doctors’ Hospital process improvements.
