Pete Bandel writes, “I recently relocated back to the East Coast after teaching and working at a small college in Arizona. Our focus was on student-athletes and having them either transition to Division 1 schools and be academically strong, or to sign professional documents for careers or even head to the Olympics this summer. Almost like it was when I was a prefect and boarding student at Bolles, many of the athletes around me are international and many represent their nations strongly. Over 19 of my students are now headed to the Olympics this summer! It is like the swim team was when I was a student, but now I am watching students grow and mature and learn and succeed. I am able to teach others because of what Bolles taught me.” Nia Thommi was married to Chris Diggens on November 28, 2015, at The River House in St. Augustine, Florida.
