1938 George Varn Sr. passed away on September 4, 2021, at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida, the same hospital in which he was born on December 1, 1920. The intervening 101 years encompassed a varied and accomplished life. His verve and charm will be missed by all who knew him.
