in my career. First, while building a toy company from scratch, I faced numerous challenges in navigating the entire process, and the complexity of this journey made it clear that there was a need for overarching support. Second,

I worked with various companies that outsourced their strategic planning, building strategies that were either too simplistic or lacked actionable insights and often focusing on isolated functions rather than providing a comprehensive view. How does StrateDoo set itself apart from competitors, and why is this significant for clients? At StrateDoo, we aim to redefine the consultant role by combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. We offer flexible support tailored to our clients’ needs, whether it’s temporary troubleshooting or long-term project management. We are an extra pair of hands rather than traditional consultants: for our clients, this means a one-stop solution, covering all tasks and fields and adjusting our services based on their immediate needs.
