BOO! Spooktacular Newton is back for another spooky day! It’s Surrey’s only free, family-friendly Halloween street festival. Bring the family to the downtown Newton trick-or-treat event, offering a petting zoo, mini golf, face painting, crafts, games, trick-or-treating, an urban pumpkin patch (by donation to the Surrey Food Bank), vendor market, and live buskers.
Would You Like To Learn New Skills? We offer training, like customer service, cashiering, sorting and merchandising.
Would You Like To Help Your Community? You will be involved with two charities that serve the public alongside other great volunteers
For safety and event space, the temporary car-free area of 137th Street, between 72A and 74 Ave will be blocked off from 6 am to 6 pm to allow for setup and takedown.
The Urban Pumpkin Patch is back, with over 1000 pumpkins waiting for you! Be sure to grab yours, with a donation of either canned goods or cash, on your way out. All proceeds going to the Surrey Food Bank.
Spooktacular Newton has always had something for everyone. The kid fun zone and the famous haunted train have also returned. Be sure to come in your costume! This event is perfect for the “littles” and their family for a safe and memorable Hallowe’en.
